Return and Refund Policy

At Mystic Munchies Candy Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, simply contact us at mysticmunchiescandyshop@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue promptly and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is accepted, you will be issued a refund as per our refund policy.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Customers located in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria as mentioned above apply.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
